Accountable for the on-time, on-budget and safe execution of the project

Manage the team of company Engineers, Architectural and Engineering consultant and General Contractor on site

Negotiation with contractors

Implement and apply appropriate project monitoring tools

Support project management in contingency planning and resource planning

Accountable for project documentation creation reporting, scheduling, project controls

Establishes Project Scope reviews in accordance with the Technical Review Process

Responsible for co-ordinating activities related to the application for and approval of statutory local authority Planning Approvals required for the project

Chairs summary project meetings and ensures all other necessary specialist meetings are held as required

Financial responsibility for managing the project within the approved funds

Responsible with procurement for the definition of the contract strategy, and the selection of contractors and suppliers.
