Job Description
Executing the sales strategy for higher market penetration in the particular area, and act as an important link in achieving the business goal of Company-Making it the market leader in that area
The job includes targeting and securing profitable new business in line with regional sales strategy by effectively targeting prospective accounts, creating in-depth prospect profiles, building relationships and securing the business.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
1. Achieving Sales Targets (Volume as well as Market share) through Dealer Channel.
2. Initiating & effectively implementing sales strategies & promotional activities.
3. Searching out for potential business, conducting one-on one and group sales presentations liaising with customers.
4. Organising monthly meetings of dealers & Sales team
5. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
6. Give presentation and demonstrations to the prospective client.
7. Managing client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle and ensuring clients receive highest level of quality service.
8. Implementing plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales.
9. Preparing and presenting proposals and bids by using all standard processes, procedures and templates.
10. Achieving maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre post-technical assistance, thereby achieving delivery and quality norms.
11. Tracking latest market trend and competitor activities and providing inputs for fine-tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.
12. Handling other MIS
