Job Description

1) Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA with minimum 7 years of Hard Core Sales Experience of which the last 4 years should be at Managerial Level controlling a center/ Branch.
2) Candidate will be profit Center Head and will be responsible for achieving Sales Target of the center, leading & motivating sales force & implementing sales & BTL/Promotional strategies of the center under him.
3) Candidate will be responsible for overall student enrollment in the center.
4) Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
5) Should be a Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
6) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
7) Candidates from Education Background would be preferred.
8) Salary not a constrain , plus very high incentives Based on Individual Competency, Experience and Last Drawn Salary.
9) Should have been stable in previous organization with proven track record. Should not be a job hopper.
10) Extensive Travelling is required.
