Job Description

• Sourcing relevant profile from multiple job portals.
• Work closely with manager to understand client methodology, overall needs and requirements.
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them up with vacancies at client companies.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of job in question.
• Offering advice to the candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
• Drawing up shortlist and delivering it to Recruitment Manager/ Service Manager.
• Scheduling, follow up, coordination with candidate and organizing interviews and selection events as requested by the client.
• Helping applicants to prepare for interviews.
• Taking post interview feedback and informing candidates about the result of their interviews.
• Updating of reports.
• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the managers.
