AM-Operations (Tech Process)
Salary – 6 lakh per.annum
EXPERIENCE -4 to 6 Years
Salary -Up to 6 LPA

5 Days Working/Roster Off/Rotational Shift

Skills / Experience (Must Have)
* Should have at least 3-4 yrs exp on Any Tech Support/Semi Tech Process (Voice Process).
* Current Designation should be AM-Operations on papers / If Team Leader then should be at least 2 years exp as a Team Leader on papers.
* Exp on Troubleshooting on Desktop/Laptop/PC/Mac/Apple related issue of customers over calls.
* Should have good command on computer, excel (Lookup, Pivot Table formulas), MIS management & PPT).
* Experience should possess excellent communication & inter personal skills.
* Should possess Good Leadership & Management skills
