* To help clients who have issues with their computer and peripherals.
* Providing support for QuickBooks / Payroll /quicken software
* Ensuring First time resolution.
* Handling technical queries related to installation and support for Quickbooks / Payroll /quicken software

• Both sides cabs / Meal & Snacks Facility/ Good salary Package/ 5 Days working

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skill
• More than 3 Year experience in international BPO with excellent technical skills and Atleast 1 year exp in “Quickbooks”
• Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 environment. (Rotational Shift/offs)
• Should be a team player
21 years – to 35 yrs
Udergraduate / Graduate – any stream/Post graduate
