POSITION: Sr .Telecom Analyst Avaya Support BPO
Salary 4.5 lakh per.annum
Experience: At least 4 year(s) Telecom (Avaya Support only)
Shift: Rotational Shift (May include night shifts)
Other details: 5 Days working + Cab Facility available (Only in Delhi & Gurgaon)

DESIRED PROFILE/SKILLSET
Education/Knowledge: Associates Degree or equivalent from a 3-year college or technical school preferred; equivalent experience and / or training may be considered.
Experience / Skill:
*Must possess in-depth knowledge of Avaya & Aspect equipment including VoIP, ACD/CMS, Media Servers, Media Gateways, SIP trunking and endpoints, SES and Session Manager, System Manager, SAL, AES, ESS, LSP and Modular Messaging voice technologies.
* Must possess in-depth knowledge of Avaya routing including AAR/ARS, route patterns and partitions, VDNs, vectors, variables, ICR, coverage options and all incoming call handling treatments.
*Working experience with CMS system administration and Nice Call Recording
*Fundamental knowledge of CMS, NICE, AIC, AVP, and AES. systems
* Must possess comprehensive knowledge of call center systems and solutions and the ability to implement and support such solutions in a timely and cost efficient manner.
