Job Profile for Civil Cost Consultant/ Quantity Surveyor

Qualification- BE/ B Tech in Civil Engineering with 4-5 Years of experience in Costing for Civil, Structural & Architectural Packages for Residential, Warehouse, commercial & Industrial Projects.
Job Location:Bangalore

Job Profile:

1) Preparation of rate analysis for Non tendered Items in line with Project requirement and as per guidelines set in respective contract.
2) Prepare and maintain proper back up for worked out Rate analysis.
3) Assess and propose alternate cost effective options for NT items.
4) Finalization of BOQ description after complete analysis of work to be executed so as to make a holistic description.
5) Quantity take off from drawings and preparation of Quantity variation statement w.r.t to tendered quantity.

Additional Requirement:

1) Excellent Communication skills.
2) Proficient with Microsoft Excel & AutoCad.
3) Good Knowledge of IS codes & Standard Industry practice for Costing.
4) 4-5 years of experience in similar job profile (2-3 years of site experience shall be preferred).
